Having at my disposal the choice of many clients
with IT skills I am still of the opinion that Don's (Don Tibbits,
Senior Consultant, Brainbox Solutions) competence and expertise
far surpass the best I have seen, his approach to computer
and IT problems show a cultivated maturity not often seen
in this field, his approach encompasses the client's business
needs and are not limited just to immediate problems.
We are a medium sized suburban family practice suffering from
excessive conservatism; our technological and computer resources
have grown at a slow and painful pace in spite of huge changes
to the law. Networking was not even a fanciful contemplation,
considered too expensive and fraught with difficulties –
until Don intervened. We had no sooner approved his proposal
than he had cables etc in place and a fully functional system
of several computers and printers. He showed that our procrastination
had cost us productivity and efficiency, our IT resources
